Day Moon

Moon, you peek out
 in the blue sky;
It's not time to show yet
please wait til its night;
Why visit so early
with your round face,
while white clouds glide past
and the sun shines bright;
Oh moon take a nap,
come out tonight
and guide me back home
through the dark streets;
So I can return
to dream of the stars
and your smile
in my comfortable bed.

I like this one as I imagine thinking this while walking along and looking up. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, I just wonder why sometimes it comes out in broad daylight but not every day. Rob
