As I lay there across the bed I feel his touch caressing me With feather like fingers He traces's the length Of my spine Chills run through me Like the dawn of time

I would say that this relates to the quote you commented on. We are from the dawn of time, and something happened which made touching pleasurable. It was for our own survival--and it is pleasant to think of it in terms of where we come from as a species. We carry a long history of time's changes through the ages. It's a pleasant burden.
