Dawn Greets the Poet

Dawn Greets the Poet It's cold today and my fresh cup of coffee is coming to me. It's the petrol that jump starts my sleeping, poetic brain. Ah, here it comes in my favorite red plaid kitchen cup. I can hear those brain cells waking up! What's this today! Oh, how sweet! A Christmas tree-shaped tiny cake! Indeed, oh my yes! I can smell the aroma of fresh ideas, start to bake!         December 9, 2019

Nice the hear from you Gershon. Thought you had me in mothballs! LOL. Yessss..my head is forever creating. Grandson playing in concert tonight. I will hear him play at home on Christmas Day. Did not want to go tonight. Watching UK results on BBC and Bozo and his clowns in DC. At least Bozo was fun and not into creating pain and playing on the people' stupidity. It's actually, very sad....((( Panagiota ~ Pillbury Dough Woman xxx

Dearest Poet, I find happiness in things many do not. I see we share many of the same ideas! Knowing you are in my corner, whether down or up impresses me. You have never trashed a poem of mine. You have never been on a high horse here and yet you have every right to be! Conceited can never be an adjective for you.You don't bellow about your greatness. It simply is. Love, Panagiota

My cup is actually China. It's plaid as stated and has a gold rim around the top and a gold handle. But any cup will do, my friend. This one, I get all nutty about, or shall I say, grateful. Enjoy...Panagiota

That first cup of coffee in the morning is like fuel being put in a car, I couldn't agree with you more, the brain cells don't wake up without it, and, have no muse right now either! Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.
