Dawn
Sun, ever beautiful, rising from the east,
your light is hope for the heart that craves.
Your rays that are ever bright and golden
bring tingle to the souls that adore them.
Your radiance that captures the dew
reflects a portrait of beautiful hues
that sends a feeling of rejuvenation
to the hearts that were gravely torn.
Your joyous rays that greet the cold breeze
untangle the dreary hearts in freeze,
for the warmth of your thrilling sweet kiss
unravels the shackles of frigid caress.
Like a flame of redemption hailing from heaven,
you give hope to a heart that was broken.
Your radiance enlivens the faint mind
to believe that hope is just around.
