David's Exhortation To Stand Firm

In this world of increasing darkness there is only one source of real light the Lord God himself shines His glory looking upon His own in their plight This is the God of eternal salvation promising it to all who believing trust in the saviour of redeemed sinners so trusting our fears will go bust In our life there are so many dangers from within and without they come so the need is a mighty stronghold one that will beat a mighty drum When we have this behind our back our front will then know no fear this is our Lord God mighty in battle stand firm! like David always in gear (some thoughts based on psalm 27)
