daughter megan
this is a song about our daughter Megan,
sad to say that she is in heaven,
we think of her every day, and sad to say they angels came and took you away,
you got to meet your mum and dad,
we got the chance hold your hand
but never got to see you happy or sad, on the sad sad day,
we held you close till the angels came and took you away,
in our arms you did sleep, at least we got the chance to meet,
your brothers Steven and Colin were to young to meet you,
but talk of the things you all could have went through,
from going to school or messing around, or hide and seek
to see if you could have been found,
your nieces and nephews come and visit your grave
but guess your in heaven and you can see them when they pray,
there is Farill , Leo, Lewis, and Harris too, this is your nieces and nephews that also think of you,
we all prayed on that sad day, that was the day the angels came and took you away,,
you never got to meet your sister in laws Danielle and Corrine, they both sadly know what i went through, it was not a choice that our daughters not hear to,
your aunts and uncles come around, they were there the sad day we had to berry you in the ground,
everyone sent there love for my angel Megan who is in heaven above, ,
this is all the family that was blue.
that was the day when i lost you,
we are sad your not around,
but when the candle blows out we know your around,
and i hope you sit and hear me pray, for my daughter who has passed away,
till we meet at heavens gates, till that day i can not wait
