Inspired by the poem (loss of speed) https://www.poetrysoup.com/poem/loss_of_speed_1602061
D is for desire, your thoughts do aspire. A is for attractive, internally and externally reactive T is for tough, not hard but ten ply enough S is for sincere, a pillar of truth to all you hold dear O is for orderly, a lifelong passion you are extraordinary N is for normal, step outside of the box that is so formal

Nice tribute for DD. :) Acrostics have proven to be a difficult form for me- but you do it so well....maybe one day....

Paige you are a gifted writer, as is extremely evident by the amount of our peers that sing your praises regularly, it is an honor to be able to grow with you. And to have cultivated the friendship that we have! Appreciating you always! A.S.

Lovely acrostic - it has a fun back story to the word. I'm not sure why it popped into my head as the name for an anti Cupid :)

Yes, Datson was the original name for Datsun - they changed to the u because son meant loss. Dat is speed but also an amalgamation of the initials of the owners. It's Nissan now.

It is I believe an English surname. The inspiration for the acrostic was from another poet. The link was placed in my notes to the poem. Thank you very much for the kind words! A.S.
