Notes About The Poem

"Hope begins in the dark."

"I can see in what you call the dark, but which to me is golden."

Helen Keller

Darkness Revisited

dark clothing
dark skin
dark place

may be

but

dark sees
the realities of life
beyond superficialities
deeper meaning
happiness and light
laughter and love

aware
of life
