Darkness

Walking languidly
along the long quiet corridor,
The chilly breeze brushed against my arms,
triggering a cold streak through my bones.
Embracing myself,
I sauntered past the abandoned rooms on both sides,
the rooms in which darkness dwells.
the enigma of this darkness ,
forces me to plunge in it,
In its unfathomed depths,
 To diminish into nothingness.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
