Darknes In the Dark

Still in the dark
Billion spent to sought power
Tax payer’s money squandered in squares
Acronyms changes at will
Names altered with ease
From the early days darkness of
Never Expect Power Always -NEPA
And as we swim still in darkness today in
Please Hold Candles at Night-PHCN

I recalled in pains and agony
My rather not to be mentioned encounter
With an European lady of the German extraction
Whom I tried endlessly and helplessly
Told our kingdom’s darkness gory tales to
She tried but could not comprehend
“Are there no hospitals in your kingdom?
How do patients survive during operations?
Don’t you have tubes moving people?
Don’t tell me your Industries is on generator 24 hours?”
Still fighting darkness of the mind in the dark.

How long are we going to stay in darkness?
Are we destined to be in darkness?
Why struggling with darkness when there is
Power to power the land off darkness
What is missing is the will power
To power ourselves off this man-made darkness.

Let the masses rise today and arise forever
Enough of power promises without power
No more long time invisible vision
Which is devoid of visible will mission
Time to take over power from the royal dynasty
And light up with power off this darkness is now.
