Dark Masks

Everyone hides
Behind the mask they stay
Constantly telling lies
Never being okay.

When they are alone, they cry
But when in public, they smile
Thinking that no one will notice or try
To save them form their hell that is vile

Everyone has their dark places
Some darker than others
So, they find their crevices
And never show themselves to another.
