Dark Heart

Why do I love you so?
You hurt me through and through
Stab my heart, rip it in two
The pain inflicted
The pain you caused
My tears won’t stop as the blood
From my heart which you stab
		Flows
Deeply, uncaringly
You have hurted me
But the blame is not on you
I’ am the one at fault
I keep running back to you
To the heartache, to the pain
The humiliations you put me through
                  Cruelly
Numb is my heart since you
Used it through and through
You make it live
Reason why I keep coming back
To you
Why do I love you so?
My mind say run, run, run
From the dark Prince
I can’t take it anymore
But my hear my bleeding heart
Says stay just for a little more
He will love you soon just stay for
A little more
My mind, my heart
I know which one to follow

You might kill my heart over and over
                      Again
But I will kill myself without you

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
