Dark Fears Yet Assail

Dark fears yet assail, mind in fog
Where lies joy and freedom
Nurturing desire, tail wags dog
Ousted from God’s kingdom

Made captive by our hand
We yet don’t understand 
Grandeur of bliss throbs grand

Wealth to no avail
Dark fears yet assail
