Dark Clouds

dark clouds
hovering in the sky
permeate my being
creating a state
of sombre calmness
deep within the core 
of my psyche

unperturbed 
by distractions 
in the environment
I find tranquility
and peaceful serenity
in the innermost depths
of my being

my psychic energy
links with 
the cosmic energy
underlying
the unity of all things
pervading space and time
inducing in me 
feelings 
supreme and sublime 

I sense 
some ultra dimension
an ocean of energy
to which the 
life energy of 
all living things return
after the last breath 
is taken
