Dare to Dream!

Dare to dream all things, mild to mighty,
Yielding to no artificial bounds!
You’re the one who gives meaning to them.
Others claim how foolish it all sounds.

Life sometimes hangs heavy on your dreams,
Tarnishing bright ideas with “rust.”
Keeping their flickering flames alive
Takes vision, courage, will, and self-trust.

Believe in lofty ideals, and
Don’t be trapped in your life, day-to-day.
Steady work on your dreams makes them real
And will keep them from fading away.

A wonderful message about a dream. It takes a special person to not give up on lofty dreams!

Thank you very much, Andrea, for your very kind, uplifting words! I agree - too often, our dreams become tarnished, "rusty," given up on, and then die. To the extent we can, let's continue to dare to dream, pursue them steadily, and help our dreams to still come true! :) Blessings and very best, Bartholomew
