Dare To Be Challenged

DARE TO BE CHALLENGED Imagine if a human could shed their skin, Inside out and from within, We could then see anything foul, We would bare our brain, heart and soul Anything suspicious we would detect, From our toes to our head, We would be able to label humans suspect, Or else quite correct, as we had checked! Technology will one day do just this, If one’s mind is on merely giving a kiss Or perhaps we could single out a criminal, Programmed intensely, techno and digital. But this sounds so advanced, science fiction, To us today, sounds like work of magician, For if indeed our souls can be examined Are we still destined for heaven or challenged?

Everyone wheres a mask of some sort. I think we would all dread being shown for what we really are. Would that make us better or would our level of deceit just increase to compensate? Hard to say. I feel we would adapt and not for the better. A great poem my friend. Stay strong and well.

I think you Darlene and Sunshine Smile are right - I would also come with you back in time, but think of the Plague in London and the great Fire and the 1st WW an the Spanish flu and before then, not even Penicillin, so it seems that every era has its dangers and challenges.
