she smiled as if  she was
uncertain
to his desire she smiled as same
I knew of her relationship with
another
I acted if I didn't care
Might she want me as I want her
til then I shall
stand closest to her
if my want is unwanted
I will never love again
If she wishes she shall be
my mistress forever

visto che devo sgattaiolare in giro
per stare con te
vedi, è quello che farò, tesoro
visto che devo incontrarti
in luoghi appartati
ti vedrò lì
visto che devo mentire
per qualche momento con te
poi devo mentire
perché se non riesco a vedere fino in fondo, signora
mi sento come se dovessi chiedermi perché
ho bisogno di averti
vicino a me
ho bisogno di averti, bellissima signora
è passato così tanto tempo
