Harry, Enjoyed reading this work but I was thinking that dandelions are edible, medicinal, and a herb remedy. I have never eaten one but I have read about their good qualities but I guess even with good qualities too much is too much and they can take over a lawn. Thanks for the visit to my page. Sara

Hello Harry Horseman, Hi! I likwe the dandelion. Yes it is a weed . But I like it for the brightness of the colour. Wine can be made from this weed. Some people have it in salads. Enjoy ytour evening my friend.

Oh, I like this very much Harry! It makes me think of a saying - "there are no weeds in God's garden." Thank goodness we are blessed by your prolific poetry seeds! Blessings my friend!

You got it! Kids admire what seems to be weeds to grownups. They will pluck a bouquet, blow seeds to the wind. We should stick close to them. Blessings!

And the saddest part is that they're great for relieving oneself of fluid, as well as, tasty in salads! Well penned piece.

Sometimes, the hatred is need for the Dandelion to stand along, be unique and shine exceptionally. So I see a blessing in disguise. Nice write

Well said Harry. The poor dandelion is indeed hated for being what it is. Few know how beneficial this "weed" is. You can boil it like spinach wit a boiled egg or even fry it. The flowers make a very beneficial tea. Great ob here. God Bless, JB

Well written! Love it! A little grandson helped me to appreciate the dandelions as his litte hands plucked them one by one to add to my growing bouquet :)

Hello Harry … dandelions should be revered not reviled. They are a great therapeutic plant but rarely used in that scope - thank you Harry - Lindsay

Oh, this is precious, Harry. As a child, I would pick the dandelions and give them to my mother. She tried to tell me they were weeds, but I thought they were pretty. Indeed, these plants multiply quickly! Surely a winner, my friend. Hugs, carolyn

Indeed and if push comes to shove you can even eat them boiled like spinach with boiled eggs or in a salad. More iron than spinach too. Great job. God Bless, JB

They do get a bad press but I think they're lovely flowers, they bring a splash of colour to any garden. Good luck in the contest Harry. Tom
