Dancing on the wings of an autumn leaf

Two pixies dressed in October clothes
Were dancing on wings of an autumn leaf
Their lively footwear was fun to watch
Neither seemed concerned we were there

Twirling and whirling, on tippy toes
They showed off their dance moves
As the elm leaf floated to the ground
Where they would safely dismount
