Just a shadow of your former self//though still larger than your average elf//good on you Jack//or is it "good off you? Ack!//The pounds are flying off the shelf. (twofer day - two silly comments for the price of one). btw, I found about 20 of those pounds you lost:-) in spite of massive biking and hiking.
