Dancing in my jockeys till the break of dawn So invigorating and joyful, like a lithe wee fawn Pirouettes and pliés Like a joyful ballet My troubles and strife are suddenly gone

Just a shadow of your former self//though still larger than your average elf//good on you Jack//or is it "good off you? Ack!//The pounds are flying off the shelf. (twofer day - two silly comments for the price of one). btw, I found about 20 of those pounds you lost:-) in spite of massive biking and hiking.
