Ignoring our fate
we dance at the precipice
as the oceans rise.

great visual with your few words, and thanks for your comment on my poem, How about tea, asked Mr. Dinsdale.. here is another tidbit from the book.. Mr Herriot at the farm for injections.. cush, cush, said Mr. Kay and me, cush cush, slapping hands on legs, the heifers stopped pulling the grass and regarded us with little interest, their jaws moving lazily, then they turned suddenly and made a dash down the hill, thundering past, tails high, kicking like mustangs, as we danced about

Nicely done Haiku. We are dancing at many precipices that we don't know exist. Keep the creative and magical pen flowing. Sara
