Dance of Polarities
“Let us sail through life with zest and zeal ~
Highs and lows holding equal appeal”
Dance of polarities in duality
we feel as contrast, hoping to garner joy,
enlivening our soul in totality
but who we are we know not, since thoughts decoy,
being the sole cause of our fatality,
as we succumb time and again to its ploy.
Thought’s but an instrument, abide in stillness
that divine grace cures each and every illness.
