Dance

Sometimes there is an ecstasy when I dance.
A delight that there can be beauty.
At times a thrill that life can contain such mysterious joy.
I suddenly want life that can be like this.
Joy, discovery, exuberance that makes me like being alive.
Currents that heal.

Other times it just covers the pain.
Says I’m not in your world right now.
I’m not of your world.

Oh God, I wished maybe you are from some other world
where you could take me.
