A million times I said your name Was it always our hearts to blame? You and me, our hearts so adoring Time for us… life will not be boring A million times I said we will It took time for our hearts to heal You and me, our lives meant to be Yet, we were just so young and free A million times I said just stay But you were only there to say You and me, we’re not meant to be Though my heart couldn’t agree A million times, I said your name Was it you or me to blame? I longed for your hand, your kiss You are the soul I’ll forever miss A million times, I said this prayer Hoping that you would be there You and me, we didn’t have a chance Though our spirits may one day dance!
