I picture the soft fluffy clouds beginning to sprinkle rain at the end.

What a beautiful write my friend! I agree with you, I think that the one that you entered into Nette's contest might be your best choice for the contest! That doesn't mean that this poem is any worse than that one, just different...maybe just not Nette's style or what she's looking for! This is a truly wonderful write, especially the first line, "White fluffy clouds suspended" like the other poem, leaves me in daydreams of my past! A wondrous trip...Fantastic piece, Great Work!!
