Damaged

If nothing I have tried
Tried and cried
To be rid of you

The past marks me
So much that I see
Marks me thrice

My past cannot be undone
No matter how far I run
You damaged me

In the present it consumes
My waking moments it doomes
You are damaging me

My future is bleak
Not even help that I seek
I'm forever damaged

You have expressed intolerableness most artistically... the word "damage" hammers me. Love Lauren>>>>>rajat

I'm so sorry to read this, Lauren. Abuse does mark one for life. This is a powerful write. If it is not fictional, I hope you find the strength and courage to rise above. Don't let anyone take away your sense of self worth. Hugs
