Daisy

Sunlight spread her gentle petals only to be closed again, ever so tight. I know her as a bud; sweet smell stinging nostrils of dark descent. Falling tears of milk and honey swept clean by fresh enlightened tongue, ever so sweet. She knows me as sunlight; sweet smell stinging nostrils of dark descent. I hope she never blows away, I'll fight to love another day.
