Daffodils

It's 20th March again...
After cold earth and silent branches,
Winter's kiss finally broken.
Daffodils whisper throne of blooms,
After woes and rut of quiet plight,
life's silent march towards light
Daffodil throne, the brightest bloom,
Maybe it's promise of hope renewed.
