Daddy Where Did You Go

I do not see myself
 in his eyes anymore 
The older they've gotten 
The colder they've  grown
Shatter the silence with 
A creak of the door 
As a child cries out
"What am I here for "
I do not see myself 
In his eyes anymore 
 I have lost the man
I loved to adore 
Broken my heart 
Which he's tossed 
To the floor 
  He lost us both 
the day u died
 Buried In drugs 
 Addictions And lies
