Czar and His Fawning Sycophants

The Czar’s happily fawning sycophants,
Threw flattery onto him like a cloak.
Marched in his rallies like S.S. ants.
Lackeys, bootlicks, and lickspittles. Ain’t no joke!

Surrounded him with compliments and affection.
Foolhardy Emperor was so incredibly pleased no doubt.
Incredulously thought he had won the election!
Until he sneezed and a four-year-old called him out.

Thank you for pointing out that our nation's biggest problem is not our crazy president but all his many sycophants who stretch logic so thin that even a four year old can see through.

They truly are. When I teach children anti-bullying techniques one of them is always yelling at me "What about Trump? What about Trump?" It is embarrassing.

Excellent! I love the line "Threw flattery onto him like a cloak." Exceptionally fine images and rhymes. Not so subtle, Caren, but should we care????

Caren, your political pen is sharp and incising. "Marched in his rallies like S.S. ants." - ain't that the truth! Great title too! Warmest wishes, my friend.. ~Susan

Very apt Caren, such a nasty piece of work that Czar, but the game is up he just doesn’t know it yet, cheers David
