cutting edge of the pencil

plans incised on plain paper careful calligraphy of a plane sailing high above the clouds shrouded in anticipation veiled in smudges and tears slowly running out of ink resolute fears fuel the fire earthquakes resurface nebulous horizons and I have not the foggiest idea uncertainty shapes a landscape full of thunder and lightening a sinkhole for rainbows handing over completely to what to whom to when a seeming distraction at the foot of the rainbow gold mingles with cold and heaven freezes over

What a wonderful poem about the themes of uncertainty, anticipation, and the struggle between hope and despair. It reflects on the tension between dreams and reality, illustrating how plans can be disrupted by unforeseen circumstances.

Thank you for your reply and praise. I appreciate that. Yes, life can throw huge challenges and there are plans to be made and faith to be had. I am past a very challenging time in the last few years. With poetry, I can express my emotions and thoughts. Thank you again, Kai

Oof! Sounds like backsliding. Hang in there. Even a cold rainbow is better than none at all
