Cut, Cut, Cut

From upon a ladder’s high ledges
It’s time to trim up the edges
Each critical slice
Makes topiary nice
And forms the most pleasing hedges

Let me check out something of yours. Too much work is draining my creative energy. I am in a storm of difficulty because there is to much to do on the job.

Love the title and enjoyed every line of this poem. Thanks for your kind, considerate, and thoughtful comments on my and my sister's poetry btw. "From upon a ladder’s high ledges It’s time to trim up the edges" -- this really applies to life in a way. We all have to climb up that ladder to cut the ledge (which means, to me, fixing all the prob's in our lives). -DWB

Hi Duke....I GET IT! Thanks for explaning. :) I love topiary and imagine it as food or an ice sculpture. It is a true art form and is worth more recognition.
