Curiosity

A curious one,
She may be.
Sifting through the gravel at the bottom of the lake
She aches to find more

Puppy dog eyes
Begging for something to fulfill
Her need to explore.

She meets you
Something new,
Something yet to be discovered.
Slowly, she drags you to the shore.

Staring in your eyes
She sees yet another curious soul.
You've opened her next door.
