Cupid's Arrow
If you're not seeking love beware of Cupid's arrow
It's magic is far more powerful than a pharaoh
He'll sneak up on you when you least expect it
You won't even notice or feel that arrowhead hit
Feelings will come over you that you can't explain
You might even think someone rewired your brain
Struck by love?yeah right, not me
Second-guessing yourself, could it really be?
Before you know it there's a skip to your walk
There's a new Aura around you, you glow when you talk
You smile through things that typically produce a frown
You're in such high spirits seems nothing can bring you down
You feel so light like you're walking on air
For the first time in forever anxieties been lifted, you don't seem to have a worry or care
You're floating so gracefully on cloud nine
You feel whimsically silly and oh so divine
You can't help but hum, dance and sing
Instead of dreading the day you anticipate what it will bring
Don't run or hide from love or miss out and be stupid
Embrace the arrow for sometimes love is all we have and let your outlook be changed by our friend Cupid
