Oh .I must have been hungry here : ). Vecchia Napoli is very good..We go there sometimes.Didn't try Skyparks yet...I love that area of the airport. Lately We tried Ella`s Factory in Marsaxlokk but not where the market is, but a less busier area, and good to find parking. It has sea-views ,quite large, and prices are reasonable too..Similar to Vecchia Napoli. I love to cook and even to eat : )..Who can resist Italian food? I wonder. : )

let me make the marinara...it all starts w/the tomatoes, heirloom "Box-Car-Willies".... we'll steam-off the skin, add some Himalayan pink sea-salt, some crushed and sauteed garlic w/shallots and fennel....fresh-ground anise and black-pepper, and just a bit o' bruised "Basil Genovese" at the end!!!! nice poem! Charma...jimbo
