Crystalline Baubles
Crystalline baubles
tumbling down from winter clouds
tossed by unseen hands.
Precipitation?
No, more magical than that;
perhaps Gods game dice?
No, they’re white diamonds
refracting rays of sunlight
translucent snowflakes.
