Crystal teardrops
fell from my heart
the moment I met you
and time stood still
long enough
for our spirits to interlock.
Somehow I knew
that you were the one
God said
would be my Destiny,
the one I prayed
would one day
find her way to me..
And from the moment
our eyes met,
Crystal teardrops
fell from my heart
because I knew
that moment defined
the beginning
of our connection
and the beginning
of our love's conception.
I never told you this,
but even today
Crystal teardrops
fall from my heart
when I am with you.
These droplets represent
my happiness
my appreciation
for all you mean to me,
and loving you
as deeply as I do,
creates in me
an ever burning fire
of Serenity,
and only those
who have known
a love this deep can
truly understand
the meaning
of
