Cry Freely
Just sit one day and cry...
Cry like a baby,
Refuse to stop
Till you are satisfied.
If you are asked
Why are you crying?
You can boldly say:
I was thirsty of it.
When you cry,
Is like the flow of a stream
It frees you from wells of stress
It gives you newness of emotion
And like the river, it washes your sands away.
Please, sit one day, and alone
And let the tears flow like the river Nile...
