Crush

over contemplation 
 nervous stimulation 
 shaky approach   
 rehearsed jokes  
 careful walk toward him 
 small talk, thoughts dim 
 magnetic pull 
 eyes twinkle 
 lips full 
 breaths blend 
 eyes connect 
 timidity projects 
 little blush 
 hush, hush 
 awkward giggles 
 little hints dressed in riddles 
 thumbs twiddle 
 eyes look down shyly 
 hearts pound loudly 
 smiles are heard 
 perched like love birds 
 mouths parched of words 
 subtle teases 
 moment freezes 
 displeased to leave 
 afraid to stay 
 nothing to say 
 adoration reflects    
 what next?
