Cruelty Beyond

Cruelty beyond I am saddened by the state of our lives. Heads tilted against bus windows, faces wrinkled with fatigue. Eyes so hollow, we practically half dead. Our lives seem meaningless, exhausting, monotonous. We work all day, spend only a few precious moments with loved ones, then sleep and repeat. We do this year after year, we spend our childhood preparing to do this. We do it till we die. No garden of eden, clean rivers to calm our troubled souls. No cups that runneth over. If there was a plan for humanity, it ended. Didnt work. We consume everything, destroy everything. When all is gone, we will only have each other left to consume.. maybe that is the grand design. csd

I hope there is more than this mundane life. Something that comes after. I have to keep this hope. And so should you. Hugs
