Crucified With Christ - Galatians 2: 20

Having come to faith in Christ
bowing under my saviour's headship
submitting to His demands upon me
being part of His eternal ship

I am now in Christ crucified
walking as in Christ alone
for I myself no longer live
Jesus now living in my flesh and bone

Living by faith in the son of God
who loves me with love divine
for He took my sin on Golgotha's hill
showing deepest love as His true sign

For this Jesus gave all of himself
In full atonement died He for me
so to secure my eternal salvation
now I'm crucified to Him for eternity

AUTHOR NOTES: ' I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.' Galatians 2 v. 20 (ESV)
