Crossings

First
I thought of
crossing
to other side

But
then I saw
someone wanting
to cross on my side

Puzzled
I asked others
which side is better
knew, Best side, is no more

Signals
blinked again
others briskly crossed
me too, paced to other side

Puzzled again, on other side
realised soon
there's no compulsion
to crossover at every signal

Crossings
are for discipline
to avoid accidents
not guide for destinations

Signals
blinked again
I too winked at red one
didn't cross, walked my way

Am on my path
others are crossing over
at each crossing, I pause
Hinting others, at Options, to crossover again
