Crosses Cover Me

I'm the archetypal black on white Metallic ring and the typewriter kicks, Clicks and lashes out, strikes the page As each key collapses then waits and replaces Itself to be hit once again, And it's done, mark made... Mistake. Can't erase. xxxxxxxxx Your crosses cover me like Your kisses. But each one misses, and the typewriter kicks Til its black and blue is all over my black ink.
