Criticism Causes Suicide

My dear cousin died of suicide. I wrote a poem about him called Memories and Tears. I was just reading it, hurting for him, and I read this from you. Suicide kills not only it's victim, but the joy, peace, hope of loved ones. A startling and desperate ending. Sadness and hopelessness is a terrible malady. Heart failure, in the form of self worth. So very, very, desperately tragic.

so sad. REcently my sister's son committed suicide but it was for nothing his parents did wrong. He was disgusted with society and of course there had to be other issues very deep which we will never fully know. soupmail for you.

Very sad one! I remember the boy in our neighborhood, only child, killed himself. My daughter and her friend had just been fawning over him, giddy with blushes. So sad….
