Crimson Gallery

i once knew a girl. she liked to colour with red
she didn’t need a canvas or paper,
she would colour herself instead,
she hid her creations for a while
because she was afraid of how people would react
but she showed me her gallery,
creations of white and crimson
i rolled up my sleeve
and showed her my gallery too
