Notes About The Poem

Crevices

The bell tolls in an empty house where the demon lives
Its empty but holds payment hidden in crevices
Its coins, jewellery and item of value the previous tenant left
Don’t find and think I’ve found gold to sell
It’s there for a reason; payment
Don’t steal it as you will suffer disaster
Misfortune on misfortune
The one with the greedy eye will sell
And face the consequences
The psychic one will won’t touch it
leave it there and move out
