Creatures Come and Sit

Creatures come and sit birds, insects flap their wings and squat lizards and snakes lie down coiled but the rough and tough idol endures all those that beat their chests in the name of joy, passion, happiness Adam with Eve come craving dinosaurs and reptiles, amphibians stretch on their bent backs of desire their dry bones emitting carbons of past life But resilient and enduring through ages this mysterious creature persecutes no one does not ask for compensation no eyebrow raised for a sweet share jealousy, envy not in her heart But going on with her daily duty to serve those who know not that in their hearts its coil coils in everlasting faith as caterpillar of the tropics
