Creation Story Nursery Rhyme
LORD GOD very great and mighty
made the earth* that’s full of beauty…
Light He gave out; oh, clearly bright
the sky above, so high for flight…
Also dry land, seas, plants and trees
sun, moon, stars --- we see, but can’t seize…
Fish and birds, plentiful to name
animals like dogs of pet fame…
our first parents, Adam and Eve
all came from God Whom we believe.
*Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
