CRAVING REUNION
It has been a bit thirsty for my throat
To keep hold unto my tongue which salivate
Through the years it endured without water
Oh, I appreciate but crave reunion
For the fountain beneath my buccal holds
Less in store to ease the subsequent quest
Of my desirous throat lingering on hope
To reunite the coolness of the past
With the strings of purpose flowing through veins
That stimulates transporting memories
Cum jokes, insults and insights among all
For dry lips to become wet amidst treats
I remember the usual route throat has
Sometimes, I rush it down the lane at ease
And other times, I've got to suffer
Yet, no fear to put up at it again
Now, I missed my mind's design along
My heart's desire that seems strong to hold back
But can not bury my head's roaring doubt
Let alone relax my roving eyes worries
I remember when the sky stole my eyes
Captivating space sinks my attention
Even when I did echo my presence
It shifts through the blue and white flying birds
To the darkened spotted blue-white of stars
Heading home holds hints hiding hasten heart
Oh magical was the fun of those days
Where nothing apart from food could cloud cane
Except if by chance illness strikes the soul
I remember when my will was roaming
Round around on the field of play for fun
Yet could not beat hours to satisfy claim
Though magical was the treat then to say
To thereafter rest off delight at will
When exhausted of energy for real
To say, I miss wanting to be alone
Cos many ways have it so disturbing
But now, it becomes different to cope with
Like seriously, I can't pretend to miss
The special gift of troubling care cum joy
That builds up this quest to camp round its warmth
