Cranberry Relish

Bright, red, tart cranberries boil 
with white sugar sweet
cooled the sauce is mixed with nuts
orange rinds a treat
chilled to perfection 
served beside
yum!

Never had cranberry relish. I changed the title on the Haiku do I have to re enter it into your contest or will it do it automatically. thanks

What is this yum that is served beside it? hahaha. I think I want some of the yum. Anyway, you described those silly cranberries to perfection. do you actually make them every year, Debs? When I do it, not one person touches them, so I gave it up!

oh our family LOVED cranberry sauce & relish they'd eat it as desert!
